Who We Are:

Whispering Pines is a nearly 150 acre residential airpark located in northern Conyers, GA just east of Atlanta, GA.  28 homes surround a paved and turf runway.

Amenities include
          - 12 acres of runway - 2500'x20' paved, 2500x200' turf
          - Convenient shopping and restaurants within 6-10 miles

    Exit 39B, merge onto US-78 towards Athens/Snellville
    Drive 9.4mi, then turn right on West Park PL Blvd.
    Turn right at the light onto Rockbridge Rd.
    Continue onto Annistown Rd.
    Continue onto Centerville Rosebud Rd.
    At end, turn right on Lenora Church Rd.
    At end, turn left onto Pleasant Hill Rd.
    Turn left into either Whispering Pines Trail or Whispering Pines Land

Airport Ownership

Whispering Pines Airpark runway facilities are owned by Whispering Pines Airpark, Inc., which establishes the Safety and Operating Procedures for all users of the runway.

Annual dues are determined by dividing the total budget by the total number of corporate members. The budget covers all expenses incurred in the operation of the runway, as well as accumulating funds in a capital improvement account.

Community Association

Properties owners in the Community are members of the Whispering Pines Community Association, Inc. This organization assumes the financial and maintenance responsibilities for the public use areas of the airpark and manages the ongoing affairs of the community.

Protective covenants and by-laws govern all property owners who are part of the Community Association, and ensure that the community standards and property values are maintained.
